The fixed price for our installation services encompasses all costs associated with the project. This includes the complete cost of the bathroom if you decide to purchase the all-inclusive service of supply and fit.

When we undertake an installation, we handle every aspect of the process. This includes stripping the bathroom down to the bare walls, constructing a sturdy frame to align the bathroom and complete all necessary boarding, plastering, tiling, electrics, and plumbing. All of these services are included in our fixed price, ensuring a comprehensive and hassle-free experience for our customers.

The duration of the installation will depend on the size and complexity of the project.

Our project management team will outline the process in full prior to starting all works and to ensure it aligns with your expectations.

If you opt for our all-inclusive package which includes the supply and installation of your bathroom, we offer the flexibility to make as many changes as necessary until you are completely satisfied. Our project manager will work with you and our specialist design team until you give final approval.

Once you give final approval, we are unable to make further changes. We will be working closely with you prior to final sign off to ensure you are fully satisfied with the designs and process and all your requirements are met.

For installations where we are only responsible for installing your new bathroom, it is crucial you are satisfied with the designs prior to our works as any changes will become chargeable if they fall out of scope.

Our project managers will work with you to address any concerns prior to us starting work, even on bathrooms supplied by others.

Our guarantees cover the products we supply, any products purchased from third party suppliers will not be covered under our guarantee.

All products we supply will be covered under the manufacturers 25 year guarantee.

We do not cover general wear and tear, neglect or abuse, electrical failure and moving parts which are likely to perish through regular use.

Bathle gives a two-year workmanship and fitting guarantee on bathroom installation works.

This guarantee will be within your handover documents at the completion of the project and comes into effect when final payment is received.

Our payment process is designed to be straightforward and convenient for our customers. Here is a breakdown of the payment schedule for our installation and supply services.

Design and site visit

• If you book a design and site visit with us, you will pay £99.00 inclusive of VAT at the time of booking, this covers the initial visit and the designs, we carry out a site visit and measure and will have our design team work on this and return to site to talk through the options. All payments are made online via a secure payment gateway.

Installation

• At the time of booking the works, you will be required to make a payment of £1000 through a secure payment gateway.
• Once your old bathroom has been removed, an additional payment of £1000 will be due before further works commence.
• The remaining balance will be payable on the day of completion.

Supply of Bathrooms

• For the supply of one of our bathrooms, a payment of £1000 will be required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance will need to be paid 24-hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• All payments are made through our secure payments page.
• Note – When you book the supply and installation services, it is important to follow both payment routes. To ensure clarity, a payment of £1000 for each service will be required at the time of booking. This payment breakdown will be clearly outlined in your contract and reflected on your invoices.

As part of our comprehensive installation service, we will handle the removal of your old bathroom and strip it down to bare walls. This includes the careful removal and decommissioning of fixtures, fittings and materials to ensure no unnecessary damage is caused to electrical wiring and plumbing and to ensure accredited and trained staff are able to safely carry out this work.

Any items removed during the process will be disposed of correctly and in accordance with waste disposal regulations.

As part of our service, we will arrange for a skip to be delivered to your property at the start of the installation. We will also take care of obtaining any necessary permits for the skip placement, ensuring all waste removal is done in compliance with waste regulations.

In cases where skip placement is not possible, we have stablished partnerships with waste removal companies to ensure that all waste is removed and correctly disposed of. You can trust that we will handle the waste removal process efficiently and responsibly.

By taking the necessary steps to address potential issues up-front, such as replacing old pipework and upgrading any electrical cabling, we can significantly reduce the likelihood of unexpected complications.

In the event that unforeseen issues do arise during the installation process, we are committed to taking full responsibility for resolving them. Our projects and on-site teams of experienced professionals will work diligently to address any challenges and ensure that the project is completed to your satisfaction.

We offer a comprehensive home visit service that includes a detailed measurement and design consultation for your bathroom. Please note that this service is chargeable due to the extensive work involved in providing accurate measurements and creating a customised design for your specific needs.

During the home visit, our team will spend approximately 40-60 minutes discussion your requirements for your dream bathroom and taking several photos to prepare a report for our design specialists.

Following our home visit, our design team will work diligently to create a personalised bespoke design for your new bathroom.

This comprehensive approach ensures that you receive a tailored design and allows piece of mind that the process is accurate throughout.

Our team of experts will cater to all your needs, providing you with a seamless experience from start to finish. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our talented designers, skilled installers, experience project managers, and knowledgeable surveyors, all from the comfort and convenience of your own home.

All works will be governed by a builder’s contract. Separate contracts will be provided for the installation and supply services. If you choose to avail both services, you will be presented with two distinct contracts.
